If you are a member of a non-profit organization and wish to raise funds for your organization, we suggest that you read the information below. We believe this is a win/win situation for both organizations.

The Bunbury Theatre is a great venue for a non-profit fund raiser.

It’s in a central downtown location, 3rd and Chestnut Streets, in the Historical Henry Clay.

Plenty of parking.

Easy access.

Receive a ½ page add in the program acknowledging your group

Receive a welcome announcement from the stage of your group being in the theatre.

The Bunbury is a 144 seat theatre

Use of the lobby and theater for a cocktail party

An onsite caterer or you can use your own.

If you need promotional materials, posters, post cards, or would like a tour of the theatre, we’ll help make arrangements to assist in any way we can.

We produce the show, you pick the day, you sell the tickets!
HOW CAN THIS WORK?
Your non-profit group can raise as much as they like, the following is an example of this program:
INCOME:
Do the math. How much can you charge per ticket?

144 seats at $100 each = $14,400.00

You pay Bunbury Theatre $3,000.00

Cocktail Party (budget - $10.00 a person) $1,400.00

FUNDS RAISED – (possible) $10,000.00
